LACP on Windows

In case you want to create a LACP-bonded NIC-group use the following powershell-command

New-NetLbfoTeam -Name "Team1" -TeamMembers "NIC1","NIC2" -TeamingMode LACP -LoadBalancingAlgorithm Dynamic

Remember to configure LACP on the Switch too
